About counselling and psychotherapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy are terms often used interchangeably also referred to as 'talking therapies'. Psychoanalysis is also a form of therapy that uses words as its exclusive instrument for working. Being a psychodynamic psychotherapist means that I have undertaken many years of training and my way of working is informed by psychoanalytical theory and practice.
